This guy did a great job of explaining and analysing multitasking on iPhone OS, along with problems and advantages multitasking brings to the OS. In the end Apple have to choose between pleasing power users and reviewers or delivering a secure, hassle free and easy to use mobile OS that even a 3 year old kid can use.
