Noisy Graphics Card

My brother complained and asked me to take a look at what's wrong with the computer, why its emitting strange noises. My first suspicions were CPU fan getting caught up in some wires. After I listened closer, the sound seemed to be coming out from the graphics card. So I took it apart and LOL its choke full of dust.
and this is the exhaust side, not so bad huh.
